Documentation for current layers examples

We are discussing ideas for how to go about documenting the current examples.

Some things to consider that are important for our case is:

1. We have referenced a lot of currently open PRs in three.js. We might need to link those up for future reference. If merged at some point, we can just remove our custom class implementations.
2. The custom classes that we have used for motion and resizing has a lot of moving parts, I think we would have to add separate documentation for those.

@zhixiangteoh I have added base documentation for the general app structure. Let us set up a similar one at night after our regular meet. Let us also take Riks response on if he feels there are things that we can improve in the current code.
