Add support for cards switching animation #1

Currently, cards are rotated when a column has more cards that fits the display area (maxColumnCards config prop). It will be great if we can have a pluggable CSS animation when cards are removed from display and new ones are added. For example - imagine an airport departing / arriving flights board update applied to issues.
