Publish the gem?

Hi,

Thanks for writing and open sourcing this. I'm hoping to use it in a project. I was initially confused by the fact that there is another unrelated gem on rubygems called mutagen (also version 0.0.1). I can include it via github or locally but I'd prefer rubygems.
