Problem selecting Batch - doesn't work in newer versions, only in the older version 4.5.8.

Description

When I make a low-fee transfer (1 sat/vb) and try to make another one of any cost value, the wallet displays an error (screenshot attached) and does not allow me to send any more; the send option is no longer clickable.

However, this does not happen in version 4.5.8, where I can send Batch/Merge without problems.

Everything works without errors.

Please share the traceback from that error. (it is in the report contents)
