The first step: one real need, one bounded pilot
With sustained support, I would seek a willing community or small-business network, choose one recurring need together, document the baseline, and build the smallest useful shared system.
Then test whether it improves access, time, cost, or control. Publish what worked, what failed, what it cost, and what remains dependent on outside providers.
The participants, service, budget, and timeline are not yet committed. This is the direction sponsorship would help me pursue—not a delivery guarantee.
Post-labor does not mean post-reality
AI does not create land, energy, equipment, medicine, or human care by itself. Shared systems still need maintenance, reserves, fair shortage rules, and protection against capture and exclusion.
The aim is less coercive dependency—not total self-sufficiency, compulsory entrepreneurship, or a life without contribution. People who cannot contribute still need a secure place in the system.
