Decepticon — Offensive Vaccine for the AI Era
I’m building Decepticon, an open-source Autonomous Hacking Agent for red team testing.
Attackers will inevitably leverage AI to automate and scale cyber attacks. As this becomes reality, traditional defensive approaches will become increasingly ineffective — both in cost and in speed.
Decepticon is built on a core idea:
To defend effectively, we must continuously and autonomously attack ourselves first.
I define this approach as an “Offensive Vaccine” —
a system that proactively simulates real-world attacks to expose and eliminate weaknesses before adversaries can exploit them.
Using multi-agent systems, Decepticon plans, executes, and adapts attack chains in real time, moving toward fully autonomous red team operations.
Why this matters
- Security must shift from reactive to proactive
- AI-powered attackers require AI-powered offense
- Continuous testing must replace one-time assessments
Vision
To establish the Offensive Vaccine paradigm —
where autonomous systems continuously strengthen security by thinking and acting like real attackers.
