🚀 The Mission: Breathing New Life into the HiBy R3 Pro II

Right now, I’m deep in the trenches working on the HiBy R3 Pro II portable audio device after successfully working with Hiby R1. It’s an incredible piece of hardware, but like most dedicated audio players, the software out of the box leaves a lot of potential locked away.

I’m working on custom utilities, optimizations, and deep-level tweaks to make this tiny DAP (Digital Audio Player) punch way above its weight class.

• Enhanced Network & Audio Capabilities: Stabilizing connectivity and unlocking better playback control.
• Community Tools: Building open utilities so anyone can customize their device safely.
