white matter atlas?

Would it be possible to add a white matter atlas? Or could you indicate one usable by bspmview?

To add your own atlas you will need to add your atlas index image and an atlas labels mat-file to the bspmview/supportfiles subfolder. Then, you will need to add the name of your atlas to a variable in the bspmview.m code. This PDF illustrates these steps, using as example the AAL2 atlas as included in bspmview.
