iptables v1.8.4 (nf_tables): table `filter' is incompatible, use 'nft' tool on ubuntu 24.04

I'm trying to run kilo on a newly built ubuntu 24.04 and get the following:

Is there any workaround exists? As that makes it hard to update the k8s.
