Crash on Startup: Undefined ARRAY with GStreamer Enabled

1. Select GStreamer as my audio out in the settings.
2. Close gmusicbrowser
3. Try to start gmusicbrowser again, get the following error:

Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at /nix/store/p5ai2iyd929xpnfsz7j43qd1ay2hznag-perl5.36.0-gmusicbrowser-unstable-2022-03-02/bin/../share/gmusicbrowser/gmusicbrowser_gstreamer-1.x.pm line 427.

If I manually change the AudioOut field back to Play_123 in my gmbrc, I can start gmusicbrowser again with no issues.
Swtching to GStreamer while the app is running causes no issues with playback.

I think this might be a bug caused by loading plugins before the file is read

So i think whats happening is that gmusicbrowser starts up. loads the plugins, the gstreamer plugin references an option that isnt loaded by the settings because that comes later and crashes out.

I'm not familiar at all with perl but i think the solution would be to declare an empty array that gets filled by the settings load later
