Readme and instructions to run?

Hey Duda - at the moment, you will need a windows box, and Visual Studio to compile and run it. This is hosted as an ASP.NET application, but it doesn't have to be such.

I did an ASP.NET hosting, because that was the simplest way to get apphb to host it.

Let me know if you do not have windows or VS, and I will try to refactor it to get it working with mono + self hosting.

In the meantime, I will add the readme (as soon as I get my Visual Studio setup for web apps)
