Search engine selection with up or down arrow keys is erratic #868
Description
When using the up or down arrow keys to select search engines in the toolbar or quick menu, then they jump erratically, as shown in the following screencast, while the left and right keys are selecting the previous or next engine, but there's still a minor issue: when pressing the right arrow key at the last engine of a line, then the selection doesn't jump to the beginning of the next line when hidden search engines are present after the last displayed search engine.
