Subject: [PATCH] fix(home): cache GPG agent passphrase for 24 hours

Set defaultCacheTtl and maxCacheTtl to 86400 seconds so the GPG
passphrase only needs to be entered once per day, preventing repeated
prompts during automated git operations.
