Subject: [PATCH] feat: enable zstd compression for Attic cache

Enable zstd compression for new chunks pushed to the Attic binary
cache on glyph. Reduces storage usage with minimal CPU overhead.

Existing uncompressed chunks remain as-is; Attic handles mixed
compressed/uncompressed chunks transparently.
