Allow tests with specific wallet

I am using remote data because some wallet have a certain status.

I would like to run tests with these specific wallets.

Concrete example: https://github.com/friedger/clarity-ccip-026

Some wallets hold mia tokens v1 or v2. These wallets should be used to test redemption of mia tokens.

How would you like rv to pickup those wallets? Perhaps it could read into settings/Devnet.toml. Unless @BowTiedRadone or @hugoclrd have other thoughts.

The simnet lets you run tests with any address (you don't need to know the mnemonic).

So I don't know how rv let's you decide which address to use, but in theory, you can use any

@friedger @hugoclrd @moodmosaic The strongest solution seems to be a config file so users can set eligible addresses up front (and not only, probably all the remaining config options i.e. manifest directory, contract name, number of runs, dialers file, etc.).

Another idea is making simnet accept extra addresses in Devnet.toml (e.g. mainnet addresses), but that adds complexity and may not be worth it.

Could one of you share some code or something that illustrate the problem? I don't have a clear understanding of it.

My current understanding: the need to is to be able to broadcast txs from any address, the simnet lets you do that, what else is needed?
