Figure out redirection url automatically

Isn't it possible to figure out the redirection url automatically?

authproxy.stakater.com/redirection-url: "https://developerhandbook.tools.stackator.com"

If you don't specify the authproxy.stakater.com/redirection-url key, then it won't be passed to keycloak-gatekeeper.

Not specifying the --redirection-url will cause keycloak-gatekeeper to use the host/url from the incoming request
