Is there support for OID4VCI --act as an issuer of VCs?

"Support for workflows as an OpenID Connect Identity Provider" wakes the expectation that there is support for issuing VCs. I wasn't able to find how that would be setup/supported.

OpenCred operates as a Verifier and so only supports presentations through VC API Workflows / Exchanges and OID4VP at this point in time. We are looking into integrating OpenCred with issuer systems via the Verifiable Credentials API, but do not have a timeline for that feature set.
