🐛 [Bug]: Budget Tracker project card appears twice in the grid

Description

The Budget Tracker project card is duplicated in the projects grid. Two identical cards appear for Budget Tracker.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the web app
2. Scroll through the projects grid
3. Notice Budget Tracker appears twice

Expected Behavior

Budget Tracker should appear only once in the projects grid.

Actual Behavior

Two identical Budget Tracker cards are displayed.
