Cant find the Echo in adding devices

Troubleshooting Checklist

• I have 2FA enabled using an authenticator app (not SMS/email)
• I have tried Disconnect → Reset → Restart in the app settings
• I have verified the correct Amazon website/region is selected
• I do not have another Alexa app installed on Homey
• I am running the latest version of the Echo app

Description

I have done everything above but the echo's cant be found when i want to add them into my homey.
He doesnt find anything.

Echos are update, reset them, restarted the app in the homey, deleted the alexa app. nothing works. Logged in in the right region.
