Cannot install locally using Composer

We tried forking this repo in order to prepare a PR to address some accessibility issues, and could not install Composer dependencies because the following have not been published on Packagist:

https://github.com/stellarwp/prophecy-storage

Would it be possible to publish them to Packagist, or at least make these repos public?

Any update on the possibility of switching these repositories to public? Without them, a composer build requires manually forking these from the released version in Kadence Blocks and updating manually every time there's a version bump.
