Unsure where to satisfy the Pants Dependency

I was just attempting to run this and realized that I can't find a valid version of Pants to run on this. What's the current installation method?

• Yes, I know how old this project is ;-) I'm going to move to replace Pants with either telnetlib3 or simply asyncio unless you have a better solution to get pants being pantsier.

For those interested; the ecdavis/pants library is considered unmaintained due to code completeness. It currently only works on Python 2.7 but the pip install is latest. The major change for NakedSun to is to modify core.py lines 373-374 to:

try:
    engine = pants.Engine.instance()
    engine.start()

After that "remote_addr" will crop up since it appears the pip version doesn't have the DNS resolution. You can get around this easily; but I've chosen to do so by not using gethostbyaddr as it has always been a bit of an annoyance. So I simply set the host name to the IP address.

To easily do this just to get up and running; replace mudsock.py #103 with:

    self.remote_addr = connection.remote_address[0]
    self._got_host("{addr!r}".format(addr=self.remote_addr))

Obviously there is an easier or better way to do it, but I'm lazy and this is done ;-) After that the recent version of the NakedMud lib will still have errors, specifically because it appears account handling is not complete - so it may be a fork coming up :-)
