Sorting Design/Style Preferences from Actual "Dark" Scheme Needs

Since Memberlite itself has a setting to use a "Dark" background, I'm trying to unravel what in this child theme's style.css file is a new style/design preference vs. a required adjustment to make dark background work. I would like to move anything that is a required adjustment back into the /memberlite/css/dark.css file.

This removes the bottom border as defined in Memberlite. Should we consider just using an alternate border color vs. remove?

hr color is already adjusted in Memberlite. This theme seems to prefer rgba() color values vs. HEX. Should look into why this is seen as better. Also why separate hr colors are needed for masthead and pmpro_form.

There was a bug in Memberlite that is now fixed related to this. Hover color is determined as a color adjustment of the one set in Customizer > Colors. Since this is a setting, should we still set the color in the dark stylesheet?
