Bitcoin Core 31.0 was released.
There are breaking changes in the IPC.
We should ensure that users running 30.2 can use SV2 UI without issues.
@plebhash suggested that we check which version a user is running and based on that pull SV2 Apps containers.
This issue needs to be tackled by a more experienced SRI contributor, it's not a good first issue as it's blocked by stratum-mining/sv2-apps#439
Path forward is that different SRI releases are mapped to specific core releases in case of breaking change and SV2-UI can help bridge the cap for the user is chose which specific to deploy.
