Relationship of properties to Dublin Core properties

In this initial (and very incomplete) draft, I have used vann:usageNote to denote the relationship between the Kernel terms and DC terms. I am not suggesting this is the "correct" or "best" characterization; but, it gives us something to discuss, change etc. In our skype call we discussed options such as owl:sameAs (disfavored) and owl:equivalentProperty. Others?

I was proceeding with the working assumption that we'd move to owl:equivalentProperty, and that's how I was revising the landing page doc.
