stylish chrome does not detect a user style from github

This is the style I wanna install: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/StylishThemes/GitHub-Dark/master/github-dark.user.css

When I open this link in Firefox, it will show a stylish install page.

But when I open this link in Chrome, it just shows the raw content.
