Space Age Compatibility

Minimal testing has been done on the current iteration of the code, more so that it has not been tested for Space Platforms or interplanetary transit.

Entities from base game to test:

• Car
• Tank
• Locomotive
• Cargo Wagon
• Fluid Wagon
• Spidertron
• Space Platform (Space Age DLC)

Modded compatibility concerns would come after.

Expected to add surface parameter to support DLC, although that shouldn't matter if <player>.surface.create_entity is already being used.
