Czech version missing accented character in the online generator

Hi @sumpfork, apologies for only resurrecting the PR #499 now (was in my backlog for too long). But I noticed a while ago that the Czech version does not work correctly in the online version. The card body text is missing some accented characters ("ž", "č", "ý", "ě", ...). Tab text seems to be OK though.

I remember the local Python / Docker version working OK provided user loads correct TTF fonts. Possibly related to TTF fonts missing in the online version?

To Reproduce
Run the online generator in Czech version. e.g. Dominions 1st Edition, all other settings left to default.

Can you see whether this is fixed everywhere? I replaced a seemingly bad font file...

The accented characters are OK now, but the horizontal lines seem strange - see the image below. On the left side is my locally generated version (using Times-Roman TTF)...
