Add CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md for Community Guidelines

Hi @sunilkumar2170 , I noticed the repository doesn’t currently include a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file. Adding one could help create clearer community guidelines for contributors. I’d like to take this up if the issue can be assigned to me.
