Lock&Mint Improvements

• Add popup on the UI when you click unlock or upgrade explaining why it is unavailable
• Add popup explaining before clicking lock that your funds will be locked for one epoch
• Add indicator on Impact NFT when you can upgrade
• Notification when you connect if user is eligible for an upgrade
• Display Impact NFT level
• Bug - when you click upgrade, the popup says “unlock successful”
• Stake screen should include locked amount on “your Stake”
• Disable upgrade / unlock if you user not eligible

Necessary client SDK was already implemented with #204
