Introduce architecture diagrams in every lab

With the messaging lab, we introduced architecture diagrams for every task in the lab. This is quite helpful for the audience to understand the task and get an idea of the recommended solution.

Acceptance criteria:

• Introduce architecture diagrams in every task
• Use .drawio.svg diagrams described in CONTRIBUTING
• Get rid of the old architecture diagram on the welcome page
