Runner: Set up daily builds for SuperPlane

Configure a daily scheduled build pipeline for SuperPlane to catch regressions early and ensure the main branch always builds cleanly.

After blocking fixes were implemented, the workflow finally works end to end. The script inside the runner config was updated to reflect new user-data additions. I ran 3 builds, all were successful.

The workflow currently runs the verify script from 0vertake:feat/runner-docker-image-build which is #4895.

I propose this plan:

1. Review + merge feat: add runner verify script for app image build  #4895
2. Change the workflow to run from main and wire it up to the Discord nodes
3. Let the workflow run for a few days
4. Close this issue If everything is alright
