Summary

Add Jira workflow actions and UI support for inspecting and approving Jira/JSM workflows from SuperPlane.

Scope

• Add Jira integration actions for getting workflow details, transitioning issues, and approving JSM approvals.
• Extend Jira client/resource handling to support workflow status and approval data.
• Add workflow v2 UI mappers for Jira get workflow, transition issue, and approve workflow actions.
• Update Jira component documentation and generated examples.

Acceptance criteria

• Jira workflow actions are available through the integration and component registry.
• Workflow status and JSM approval data are mapped consistently in backend responses and UI execution output.
• UI mapper subtitles and previews remain stable when workflow output is missing or partial.
• Backend and frontend tests cover the new Jira workflow behavior.
