爬取出错

请问大家命令行这样出错是什么原因，怎么改呢？

网站更新的原因，目前只能进行结题项目检索，可更新nsfc至最新版本

pip install -U nsfc==1.0.5

网站更新了，必须输入责任人，负责单位，年份，目前还没发现怎么解决
另外作者提到的验证码问题，其实可以不用验证码识别也可以绕过去的，应该是他们一个bug。
