What is "around": Views have to know the bounding box/polygon. The "bounding box" information has to be known by the models as well (e.g. for collision detection, focus setting)

Current status:
FocusMarker will use separate shader-chain. For the easier shader-chain switch new class should be introduced (e.g.ProgramRepository). For easier unit-testing, std::ifstream is wrapped (5287fd2), and used in Shader and Program (1bac50f).
