claude-code-action 이 push 이벤트를 지원하지 않아 첫 실행이 'Unsupported event
type: push' 로 실패했다. 로컬 dry run 과 같은 방식으로 Claude Code CLI(2.1.284 고정)를
설치해 구독 OAuth 토큰으로 직접 실행한다. 허용 도구와 모델, 턴 수는 그대로다.
