Table 'accounting.settings' doesn't exist

Hi , i get the following error and haven't been able to figure it out. This happens on the last step after setting up the user name and password.

A fatal error has occurred: Database_Exception [ 1146 ]: Table 'accounting.settings' doesn't exist [ SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM settings ] ~ MODPATH/database/classes/kohana/database/mysql.php [ 194 ]

OS - Ubuntu server 14.04.5
Apache-2.4.7
PHP - 5.5.9
MYSQL - 5.5.54

Followed all instructions.

You may not get an answer here. I think its been inactive for a bit. I recall something like this as well and I think I looked at the dependencies and needed to manually install something. Sorry I can be more help.
