Syncvirtualdesktop.ps1 will sync the wrong wallpaper if the virtual desktops are switching when it execute

For example in occasions where the laptop wakes up all three virtual desktops using old wallpaper before updating, switch to desktop 2 before vdd finish update, this script will sync the old wallpaper to all desktops.

Worst case scenario it override the desktops that are correct into the old wallpaper.
