Please further shorten menu item names like in screenshot.
As you can see in the screenshot none of the other developers use the name of the extension in the menu entry names.
This would make is (much) better readable.
Maybe also to order first "TOC" menu entries and then below the "Chapter num" menu entries (= more logical order).
