Help Panel – File Search Does Not Work

a) Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Help panel.
2. Enter the full name or part of the name of an existing Help-related file in the search field.
3. Start the search.

b) Actual result

The Help panel does not find or display the expected Help-related files, even when matching files exist.

c) Expected result

The search should correctly find and display existing Help-related files that match the entered search phrase.
