	Wrote initial prepare_build_files target which uses gexace to generate
	Ace files for all compilers.  Added help target.

	* source/parser/ebon_parser.y: All tokens now have _TOKEN postfix
	to clarify grammar.  All operator tokens now have associativity
	and precedence rules.  Standard mechanism for EBNF rewrites has
	been changed to avoid reduce/reduce errors.  Grammar graph is now
	fully connected; there were major rule typos in
	Specification_element rule.  Some miscellaneous cleanup and
	correction throughout by double-checking this grammar against the
	original one.  Added tentative use of CURRENT_TOKEN to Constant
	rule.  Eliminated a couple of dozen reduce/reduce conflicts using
	new EBNF rewrites mentioned above.

	* source/scanner/ebon_scanner.l: Commented out declarations and
	conditions that are not currently being used so that they don't
	possibly conflict with or muck up anything.  Made sure every token
	was named with a _TOKEN postfix for consistency.  I was finding
	errors in the grammar that amounted to typos and accidental naming
	conflicts due to geyacc not being case sensitive.  Put in
	commented-out rules for supporting IDENTIFIER subtype lexing in
	the future (e.g. CLASS_NAME_TOKEN).

	ISE's compiler caught this bug (creation clause didn't match
	constructors).  Added STRING type to SIMPLE_STRING token.  Removed

	Documented problems with blind rewrite of EBNF->Geyacc rules wrt
	shift/reduce and, particularly, reduce/reduce conflicts in the
	grammar.  Fixed all such conflicts.

	Changed all uses of UT_CHARACTER_CODES in grammar back into direct
	character references since they were illegal -- character codes in
	geyacc grammar are *not* Eiffel characters - they're C chars!
