Rich text "link" formatter should be removed when not specific in inline_formatters

When I pass an inline_formatters: %i[bold italic underline strikethrough] option to a rich text area, the "link" formatter still shows when I select some text:

Since it wasn't specified in the list of formatters, it should be removed.
