The SafeMoveCommand(in a previous commit) should, if the elevator is at already at the right height, skip the elevator command and safe manipulator pivot command. The code for this, however, disappeared. Likely in the merge catastrophe. It still, however, works. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to solve this...
