Help on installing

Im following this https://www.roseindia.net/jmagick/index.shtml but the download page is down, how can i continue? where do i get the files? please need help

Hmm - it seems http://jmagick.org/ has stopped working.
It is available at https://web.archive.org/web/20200519173142/http://downloads.jmagick.org/6.3.9/ , but the binaries are not hosted at archive.org.
I think the only option is to build from source. I havent got Windows so I can't really help.

And how do people use it?
I cant build the project because idk why my windows got some problems with make/configure commands
