Enable audio messaging between ROCC and SPadv Remote Checking phase #3
Description
Field consultants have requested the ability to send (and receive) audio messaging in the SPadv Remote Checking phase and the text messaging slide-by-slide windows. Perhaps the UI/UX could be something like audio messaging in Whatsapp.
Maybe the highest priority is for ROCCers to be able to send an audio message to remSPadv.
A lower priority is for remSPadv users to be able to send an audio message to ROCC.
