Song not playing on other devices in the same room

when I create a room and sign into my Spotify account, I can control the music in my device and I can also hear it, but when I try doing it from other devices with different accounts, I am able to control and see the music player it but I am not able to hear the music even though I am in the same room.

I don't see any spotify web sdk in the code. This is just a app to control your spotify Tim would need to use the SDK to set up the room. LOL
