Some buttons not styled correctly on iPad

Specifically the login button and "save this post" button in the editor.

looks like its fixed with a CSS reset. @techwraith are you okay with adding a reset stylesheet?

on second thought the reset didn't do much else, no point adding that much bloat. I'll just fix the CSS when I get home.
