Using 0 count pokeballs leading to potential ban

Expected Behavior

Should not use pokeballs with a zero count, use a better available ball or give up.

Actual Behavior

Tries to use pokeball that does not exist, leads to error and warning about being banned. Log below:

Steps to Reproduce
