Chapter 1 shadow crystal showing up as unobtained?

I have beaten jevil, gotten his devils tail, showed the shadow crystal to seam and yet the tenna editor says I have not obtained it? The save file is a completionist file that ended after chapter 1 ended. I have noticed something similiar with the egg where the editor says I have not obtained chapter 1 egg but does know that I've deposited it in Asgore's fridge. I do not know if this is a bug or if this is normal for these flags. I also recommend adding some way to contact you (discord?)

This isn't actually a bug. Well, not quite. Each chapter has a flag like this. The issue is that this flag isn't set in the chapter itself, but rather in the next chapter after certain conditions have been met. That's why I decided to remove these flags from the story tabs, to reduce confusion. They will be added back later in the chapters in which they are actually set, with something like 'Obtained shadow crystal in Chapter X'. They have already been removed on https://preview.tennaproject.com.
