Slider line: solid vs dashed

The slider line:

Would it be possible to separate logic of making slider line dashed and slider step != 1?
I.e. I would like to have solid slider line in case of non unit step.

Another wishes:

They are inspired by naiveui:

• range slider
• coloring of the slider
• vertical slider

The last one (and the color) I can make with styling, but it looks a bit as workaround and might be a bit inconsistent in appearance.. For example see rotation diff for slider and labels.
