BLUF
I think it would be cool and fun if there is a challenge mode in which attribute points (i.e. levels) are part of the item randomizer pool.
Current State
Items can be randomized to affect enemy drops, chests, pickups, etc.
Target State
Spending runes to level up does not guarantee an attribute point, but instead may result in any item within the item randomizer pool. Similarly, any item pickup can instead reward an attribute point to be redeemed at a Site of Grace. This would essentially count each level 1-713 as its own item. This challenge mode would not necessitate the Wretch class, but would prevent you from redeeming attribute points once your level is 713. There could be a "logic" slider that determines the level past which required items will not drop (so that required items, like Great Runes, aren't locked behind absurdly high levels).
P.S.
I am willing to contribute to this or to simply take a crack at it myself. By my understanding of your licensing in the README, I just need your explicit permission to do so, right?
